For my little cousin Hannah Montana theme birthday party, I play Hannah Montana. Hoedown Throwdown'm and teaches them, we make bracelets and the design of Hannah Montana Hannah Montana.
I dress like her and I have blond hair and leather boots. What I want to use.
Maybe someone can find something outside forever21 for me.

Basically all you need is a blonde wig and a microphone directly, then basiacally bright clothing sparkely (I hope it helped)
