Pudding Bundt Cake Does Anyone Have A Recipe For A Fresh Apple Spice Cake(box Cake) That Has Instant Butterscotch Pudding In It.?

Does anyone have a recipe for a fresh apple spice cake(box cake) that has instant butterscotch pudding in it.? - pudding bundt cake

I have the recipe online at Thanksgiving, and he did it once and lost the recipe. He asked for apples, cake Rome blend of spices and sweets, instant pudding mixes. I think it also had raisins in it. I have it in an angel food cake pan, but a Bundt pan would be better.

1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (18 oz) package spice cake mix
1 (4 serving size) package instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding and pie filling
4 eggs or egg substitute equivalent to four eggs (1 cup)
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
1 / 2 cup cold water
3 medium Rome apples peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup raisins, powdered sugar, optional

Sprinkle nuts in bottom of tube-inch greased and floured TUBE PAN for 10 or 12-cup fluted filter book.

Mix cake mix with pudding, eggs, oil and water in a large mixing bowl at medium speed for 3 minutes or until it is smooth. Combine apples and raisins, if desired. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, turn left into a rack and cool completely.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

It's the best I could find
